Seth was born with a competitive spirit, having grown up in a family of six boys where hard work, grit, and perseverance were simply part of daily life. Working exceptionally hard for everything he earned quickly became second nature and continues to shape how he leads today.

Seth began his career in the insurance industry in December of 2007, at the onset of the Great Recession. Starting in such a challenging economic climate instilled a deep understanding of the importance of balancing cost control with comprehensive coverage. Seth believes that effective insurance planning isn’t about cutting corners—it’s about rebuilding insurance programs that reduce cost while strengthening protection. As he often says, “Providing broader coverage while saving clients’ money is what it’s all about.” 

One of the most rewarding aspects of Seth’s career is hearing directly from clients who appreciate the time, care, and strategy invested into protecting what they’ve built. That trust and long-term partnership is what continues to fuel his passion for the insurance industry. 

As President and co-owner of Integrity Insurance & Bonding, Seth is deeply committed to leading the team and setting a high standard for the agency. He is highly strategic in his planning and intentional in mentoring, with a strong focus on developing and empowering new producers. Seth takes pride in training the next generation of insurance professionals so they can confidently serve their clients while building careers that support their families. 

Seth specializes in construction insurance and has developed a strong niche within the roofing industry, where his industry knowledge and practical approach allow him to deliver tailored risk management solutions for contractors. 

Seth is married to co-owner Ashley Pietsch, whom he met at Oregon State University in 2002. They were married in 2007 and are raising four children together. Outside of the office, Seth enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams, spending time outdoors, and making memories with family and friends.
