Scarlet is a seasoned property and casualty insurance professional and people-focused guide with a strong background in leadership, coaching, and team development. She is passionate about helping people grow, building meaningful connections, and creating strong teams where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

One of Scarlet’s favorite quotes is Brené Brown’s, “Clear is kind,” a philosophy that reflects her approach to communication and leadership.

Outside of work, Scarlet is a yoga teacher and avid nature lover who enjoys exploring the outdoors with her loved ones—including her sweet Havanese, Max. After feeling drawn to the Pacific Northwest for years, Scarlet chose to make it home in 2024 and has loved being part of the community ever since.
