Ashley was born into the world of insurance. Raised by parents who owned and operated a successful insurance agency, the industry was a natural fit from the very beginning.

She began her career in January 2004 as a receptionist, where her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication quickly stood out. Those qualities led to a promotion into an account manager role—where Ashley found her true passion at that time. She thrives on building long-term relationships and serving as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate both their personal and business insurance needs with confidence.

Ashley is the wife of co-owner Seth Pietsch. The two met while attending college at Oregon State University in 2002 and were married in 2007. Together, they have four children who are actively involved in baseball and softball. Ashley also homeschools two of their four children, balancing leadership at the agency with a strong commitment to her family’s day-to-day life and education.

In June 2025, Ashley’s daughter Alyvia joined the agency as backend support, working in between school and sports—a full-circle moment that reflects the family-focused culture Ashley and Seth have built.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys traveling, camping, reading, and spending time at home with her family, as well as making memories with friends and loved ones.
